Anything, really — but these are the messages that help us most:
- Corrections to any figure or rate. If a contribution, bracket, or tax number looks off, tell us and point to the source if you have one.
- Feedback and feature suggestions. Tell us what's confusing, what's missing, or what calculator you wish existed.
- Broken links or bugs. Let us know what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Partnership, business, or advertising inquiries. If you'd like to work with us, send the details and we'll take a look.
What we can't help with
We cannot give personalized tax, financial, or legal advice, and we have no access to your SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG records. For account-specific concerns and official transactions, please contact the agency directly — SSS (hotline 1455), PhilHealth, the Pag-IBIG Fund, or the BIR. They can look up your specific record; we can't.
Response time
We're a small team, so replies aren't instant — but we do read everything. You can typically expect a response within a few business days. If your message is a correction to a rate or figure, it goes to the top of the pile.
